About me

My name is Renat Bautista and I am twenty seven years old. I have multiple years of working at different doggy daycares. I have always been passionate about dogs and the outdoors, so dog walking is truly my dream job. Whether it's a leisurely stroll or an energetic adventure, I love giving every dog the exercise, care, and attention they deserve. I am a happy person at heart- friendly, outgoing, and always happy to connect with both the pets and their owners.  Some hobbies of mine are being outside in nature and enjoying activities like bike riding, hiking, and volleyball. I can't wait to meet your four-legged friend and make every walk an adventure!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do you handle bad weather?

The way I handle bad weather is I would wear rain gear and I would walk the dog on paved roads. I would have a towel at the customer's house to dry the dog off before putting him indoors.

2. Do you provide any updates during and/or after the walk or dog sitting, like pictures or messages?

Yes, I do provide updates during the walk so the customers can see proof that I have walked the dog around. Also it is to show the customers that their dog is enjoying themselves during the time I am with them. For dog sitting I show pictures that their dog is wagging their tales and having fun.

3. How do you ensure the safety of my dog during the walk?

I ensure the safety of the dog is by never taking them off lease during the walk. I keep a safe distance from other dogs to ensure all safety protocols unless the customer lets me know prior to the walk that they do not mind their dog being social with other dogs.

4. Do you have experience handling reactive or anxious dogs?

Yes, I have experience handling anxious dogs cause I have worked at multiple doggy daycares in the past. I have had to watch over twenty plus dogs in an enclosed area for work. I keep the dog on a short leash when passing other dogs on a walk to make sure safety is first.

5. What happens if there is an emergency during the walk?

The first thing I would do is call the owner of the dog and explain to them what happened. If it is something severe than I would take the dog personally to a vet and have the dog checked out. I would pay for all expenses.
